We have made it to another month! October was awesome because I realized that I haven't been taking care of body as I thought I was. Lack of sleep, ingesting chemicals through food, and not taking me time, being really mean to myself, was and is not good for me. October was really an eye opener as it forced me to learn hard lessons that involve a lot of re-prioritizing. I didn't really complete any of the challenges that I set forth to do. Why? Time management and energy level. Plus my priorities were all wrong. Yes, I did eat generally healthy and chemical free but then comes the guilt of saying "No, Thank you" (don't worry, it was all gluten free food I was having guilt over; I don't cheat.) and then comes the waiting to stay up late to watch Scandal. That's right. Turns out I need to go back to sleep by 9 pm or else everything the next day is a struggle. The good thing is I discovered ENERGYbits and they have started to help me out a ton. evolve for life has finished and I have to say that went will for the most part. As with anything, learning from each experience only makes future experiences even better. Hallelujah for realizations! It's a new month. A time where we can all start anew. It's also a time to be thankful for all of the lessons our life has brought thus far.

This month I am going to take the time to give thanks for the many blessings that are in my life. Sometimes I can drown myself into the negatives but not this month. November is all about giving thanks and counting our blessings. It's about taking all the negative and learning a lesson from it all. Let's take those lessons and turn them into radness that is so rad you're like whoa, I'm totally rad! Did that make sense? Just make this month rock!
So for November I created 30 activities you can do to give thanks. These things focus on not only giving thanks to others but giving thanks to yourself. Often times we give thanks to others but we don't give thanks to ourselves so this may help you with that. Share this packet of thanks with others! Do it in order or out of order! It's up to you! Just do it and keep the thanks going from here on out.

I am going to attempt the BlogHer NaBloPoMo challenge. Basically, I am going to attempt to write every single day in November. I have some other things cooking for you guys but you'll see in due time. For now, I have to focus on my goals. Some of them are moving along just fine and other ones have hit obstacles. The important thing is that I am aware of all of this and can engage in reflection and evaluation to move forward. I am very thankful for all of you who read this blog and support me.
