April is Hush Up & Go Month

Last week was too hectic for me. I mean, it was so bad that I could not even concentrate on even the most minor tasks. I don't know what it was but it was difficult to get out of bed, to think, to eat, everything. Perhaps it was the Monster Moon that astrologist Susan Miller has been talking about for awhile now or maybe it's just that I needed to go through all of that to wake myself up. Either way, this past week has basically told me to "Hush Up & Go!" so that's what I am going to do and so are you!

That's right! Stop the negativity in your head. Stop the whining (you know we all do it). Stop, hush up and GO! Go do the things you want to do. Organize yourself, read a book, just go! It's time.

This month try your best to do the following MANDATORY things:

  • Be happy.
  • Pace yourself.
  • Love yourself.

  • Spend time with your animal companion(s)
  • Eat more veggies
  • Have fun with your family
  • Try a new recipe
  • Clean your room
  • Reduce your TV and social media time
